Kelp is what the Norwegians called "God's weed" because it is the most delicious seaweed known to man. Due to modern harvesting methods, it's a much easier flavor to come by than it was for the people of ancient Norway. In short, it makes a delicious meal, harkening the flavor and history of Norway in every bite.

Kelp is most valued as a source for trace minerals. Coming from the sea, kelp and seaweed contain most if not all of the minerals found on land. It is used in the garden and also fed as a supplement for farm animals. It also is an activator in the compost pile.

I have always had wonderful results using kelp. Highly recommend to all gardeners!
