Summary: May reduce blood pressure and increase muscle
 
I saw an article at the Life-Enhancement.com site about potassium Bicarbonate. It seems to help bring down blood pressure. You have to be careful if you take potassium sparing diuretics or Lisinopril or Metaprolol type medicines. Look up the interview with Durk Pearson and Sandy Shaw for more info. They have a potassium bicarbonate product there for less than $10, but otherwise, it is a hard to find product. This bag of 1 pound of Potassium Bicarbonate seems like a good deal. The dosage, they said, was about 4 capsules a day to lower blood pressure, which is about 4 quarter teaspoons or 1 teaspoon a day. Look it up!

Summary: Healthy plants, healthy body
 
This has been advertised as plant food. I am going to mix mine with other needed nutrients and try to alkalize my body, eliminating excess acid, and increasing my immune system. This has been suggested by Drs. Young (pH Miracle) in California.

Summary: ROSE - BLACK SPOT CONTROL.
 
THIS IS THE BEST ORGANIC CONTROL OF BLACK SPOT OF ROSES HERE ON CAPE COD MASSACHUSETTS. I HAVE USED SODIUM BICARBONATE (BAKING SODA) IN THE PAST FOR GOOD CONTROL -- HOWEVER, OVER TIME, THE SODIUM BUILT UP IN THE SOIL -WHICH IS NOT GOOD FOR MY PLANTS.
